Return & Cancellation Policy
At globallibrary.in – Global Library ERP, we provide software and digital services
to libraries and institutions. Since these are service-based offerings (not physical products), our return and
cancellation policy is structured differently to ensure fairness and transparency.
1. Eligibility for Cancellation
- Subscriptions or service plans can be cancelled before activation/start date for a full refund.
- Once a service (like ERP activation, training, or customization) has started, cancellations may not qualify for refunds.
- Custom development, integrations, or setup charges are non-refundable once work has commenced.
2. Service Trials
We encourage users to explore our Free Trial before purchasing any paid plan, so you are confident
about our offerings before making a payment.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only if the cancellation request is received within 7 days of payment and before service delivery starts.
- All approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- No refunds will be made for partial usage of subscription plans (e.g., mid-month cancellations).
4. Renewal Cancellations
If you do not wish to continue, please cancel your subscription before the renewal date.
Renewals already processed cannot be refunded.
5. Exceptions
Due to the digital nature of our services, once ERP access, training, or setup has been delivered, refunds will not be granted
except in cases of technical failure or duplicate payment.

- Login to your account and submit a cancellation request from the dashboard, OR
